What will you get? If you sign up to the Bloom App with the code “WELCOME”, "EARTH", "SURFERS", "ENERGY", "ONE" or "SALAD" we’ll give $9 worth of units to your investment account (Bonus Units), when you successfully create a new account with Bloom and invest $100 or more if your are an individual investor, $5,000 if you are investing as a trust; during the period starting 15 April 2022 and ending 15 April 2023. 

 

What do you need to do to get the Bonus Units (Eligibility Criteria)?

The Bonus Units will be given to you within 10 business days of meeting the Eligibility Criteria. We’ll give them by issuing the Bonus Units and adding them to your Bloom Account.

 

The Bonus Units will be units in the Bloom Climate Impact Fund in which you have invested. The number of units you receive will be determined by the unit price on the day on which the Bonus Units are processed.

Our rights to extend or withdraw this offer

We reserve the right to extend or withdraw this offer without notice at any time at our sole discretion. If withdrawn, we’ll honour the offer in respect of any customers who satisfied the Eligibility Criteria before the offer is withdrawn. 

 

You do not represent us 

You acknowledge that you do not, and you must not, represent us or any of our related bodies corporate (each being a member of the Bloom Impact Investing). 

 

No misrepresentations or misleading conduct

You must not make any misrepresentations or engage in any misleading or deceptive conduct or make any misleading or deceptive statements, about Bloom Impact, us or any other member of the Bloom Impact Group. 

 

No marketing/promotion

You must not, and we do not authorise you to, otherwise market or promote the offer, or Bloom Impact Investing, through paid advertising or to the public at large. 

 

Your conduct 

You may only use our Referral Program for lawful purposes and you must act in good faith. You must not: 

 

• use the Referral Program in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent, or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect; or 

• otherwise attempt to circumvent these terms or the Referral Program. 

We may ban you from participating in the Referral Program, and not issue Bonus Units to you, at our sole discretion and without notice.

Your privacy is important to us. By participating in our Referral Program, you acknowledge that we require your personal information. You agree to us handling your personal information for the purpose of the Referral Program in accordance with Bloom’s Privacy policy.

We will not be liable for any injury, loss or damage of any nature whatsoever which is suffered as a result of the Referral Program. We have no control over internet or mobile telephone communications, networks, bugs, viruses and server problems and accept no responsibility for any problems associated with them, for whatever reason.
